Trout in the Classroom
With the over 100 locations signed up for 2025/26, volunteers are needed to support the 2026 releases from mid April through mid June.
Meetings
The next meeting is April 15, 2026 with Lindsay Slater presenting “TU’s Policy Initiatives & Conservation Objectives”.
Outings
The next outing is April 25-26, 2026 to the Casselman near Grantsville, MD for the Mothers Day Caddis Hatch. The May Outing is May 15-17, 2026 to Spring Creek for the Sulphur Hatch.
Stream Stocking
On March 5, 2026, 250 Rainbows were stocked at the bridges in the upper Patuxent Special Area and 625 rainbows were stocked in the C&R Flies Only section of the Patuxent below Brighton Dam.
Fly Tying
The next Fly Tying Get Together is February 3, 2025 from 6:30 - 9:00 PM.
